Reset Playlist In Ultimate TV Solution App

🔧 Reset Your Playlist (Required)

Open the Ultimate TV Solutions App

1️⃣ Go to Settings

2️⃣ Select Playlist

3️⃣ Choose Ultimate TV Solutions Playlist

4️⃣ Scroll down and select Delete Playlist

5️⃣ Confirm — the playlist will be removed

6️⃣ Unplug your modem and/or router from power, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in


➕ Add the Playlist Back

7️⃣ Select Add Playlist

8️⃣ Choose Ultimate TV Solutions as your playlist

9️⃣ Enter your Username and Password

🔟 Keep both boxes checked ✅

1️⃣1️⃣ Click Next

⏳ The playlist will begin processing

✔️ Once complete, click Done

📺 Your service should now be back online.

🔑 Login Information

If you don’t have your login details, we will send your username and password via text message.

In most cases:

Username: Your phone number

Password: The last 6 digits of your phone number (no spaces)
