Weekly Maintenance Guide – Firestick Users

Keep your Ultimate TV Solutions app running smooth and buffer-free with these quick steps (takes less than 5 minutes!):


1️⃣ Unplug Your Firestick


Simply unplug your Firestick from power for 30 seconds, then plug it back in 🔌

(This helps refresh your system and clears small glitches!)


2️⃣ Clear App Cache


Go to Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications


Select Ultimate TV Solutions


Tap Clear Cache (Don’t clear data unless we tell you to!)


3️⃣ Force Stop & Reopen


Still in that menu, tap Force Stop


Then reopen the Ultimate TV Solutions app


4️⃣ Reboot Your Internet


Unplug your router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in


Helps refresh your connection for smoother streaming 💨
